Excellence in operations

— treated as a discipline.

We bring the standards of operational excellence to the operations and maintenance of renewable energy assets: dedicated people and dedicated instruments for monitoring, measurement, reporting and work order management, alongside the specialists who do the physical work in the field.

Method

What an asset could have produced.

Each month we take the P50 design target and adjust it for the conditions the asset actually met — irradiation, temperature, grid availability, curtailment and planned maintenance. The result is its producible output: what it could genuinely have produced. In a month with more sun than the P50 assumed, it is above the target.

Against that number we measure what remains: component issues, which are identified and actionable, and under- or over-performance that is not yet explained and stays under investigation. An asset can beat its target and still be losing energy. That is the number we work on.

Illustrative performance waterfallP50 target 4,800 MWh. Irradiation +600, temperature −80, grid −20, curtailment −30, planned maintenance 0, giving a producible output of 5,270 MWh. Component issues −280 and unexplained under-performance −140 give an actual output of 4,850 MWh, 50 MWh above target.01,0002,0003,0004,0005,000MWh4,800P50target+600Irradiation−80Temperature−20Grid−30Curtailment0Plannedmaintenance5,270Producibleoutput−280Componentissues−140Under/over-performance4,850Actualoutput

Scope

What we do.

  • 01Onboarding

Your asset hierarchy mapped into the CMMS, every maintainable component tagged, monitoring connected to SCADA, KPI methodology agreed, site team trained.

  • 02Remote monitoring

Every operational hour, every day of the year. Collection, alarms, and action triggered on them.

  • 03Performance reporting

Daily, monthly and annual, per asset and across the portfolio. Written to be acted on.

  • 04Analytics and optimisation

Avoidable losses quantified, prioritised, and driven through to implementation.

  • 05Work order management

Preventive and corrective, raised, routed and tracked to verified completion.

  • 06Warranty management

Claims identified, pursued and documented, so entitlements do not quietly expire.

What we do not do: anything requiring hands on a component. That is maintenance, and it belongs to maintenance specialists.

Clients

Who we work with.

  • Asset owners and independent power producers

You want more from something you already own.

  • Developers

Operations that scale with each new asset, without building a new team each time.

  • Funds and investors

Independent, consistent visibility of how the assets behind your capital are actually performing.

  • EPCs

A clean operational handover, and a partner to carry your assets through and beyond the defects liability period.

  • Multi-country, multi-technology portfolios

Several contractors, several languages, several systems. One operations partner above all of them.

Engagement

Three ways to work with us.

01

Alongside your own team

You have a strong in-house crew. We give them direction, priority and evidence.

02

Alongside your contractor

You keep the contractor you have. Their scope focuses on execution; the layer above it becomes ours.

03

Full scope, through our partners

One contract covering both sides, with maintenance delivered by our partners.

One operations contract can sit above several maintenance arrangements, across countries and technologies.

Our fee is scoped to sit within the operations and maintenance budget you already run. Where a maintenance contract is in place, we work with you to adjust its scope as it comes up for renewal.

Outcome

What changes.

Revenue

Avoidable losses found, priced and closed out.

Cost

A maintenance team working from prioritised evidence rather than guesswork.

Asset value

A documented performance history and a complete digital record.

Paper

None. Instructions, checklists, sign-offs and photographs live inside the work order.

Proven in operation.

Our approach works successfully on large-scale solar plants today.

365

Days a year, every operational hour, monitored.

30 min

Response on any component that is down.

99%

Guaranteed response-time performance.

Start

Three ways to start.

An assessment

We review one asset and show you where the avoidable losses sit.

A demonstration

Our monitoring platform and CMMS, running on a live asset.

A conversation

Twenty minutes on your portfolio and whether this fits.
